Global Wines & More customers are from all over Thailand. We put every effort into ensuring that wherever you are, we will get your wines delivered on time and as fast as possible. However, this is subject to stock and courier availability and demand.

  • We also offer delivery on large orders for special events or occasions like the weddings, workshops or conferences, please contact us if you’re planning such an event.
  • Islandwide orders may be delivered up to 8-9pm during busy periods like the holiday season.

Nationwide Delivery notes:

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of THB 500 will be charged for orders under THB 2,500.
  • The shipping fee is subject to change due to promotions and other marketing activities.
  • When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Service team
  • Please note that delivery times aren’t guaranteed and can be delayed due to holidays or other circumstances that are beyond our control.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • We do not process orders on Sundays or during holiday periods. If you place an order during these times, it will be processed on the following working day. Except on orders for special events, with arrangement.
  • We do not deliver to areas outside of Thailand.

Alcohol returns can only be accepted if the item is defective/spoiled or purchased in error or otherwise unfit for consumption.

DEFECTIVE/SPOIED ITEMS

If you open a bottle and find that it is defective/spoiled, we will immediately send you a replacement or exchange it for a bottle of equal with free shipping and handling charge and you don’t need to return us the bottle.

PURCHASED IN ERROR

We understand that occasionally you could make a mistake with your order. If this happens to you, please notify us within 7 working days and ensure the items are returned within a further 5 days. Returned items must still be in saleable condition: unopened, liquor-tax stamp intact, label intact. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods, or to credit the value of any returned goods, which are not in a saleable condition. Please note that any delivery charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping fee of the new order and the returned items sent back to us.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

On an odd occasion which we may make a packing error and send you items you did not order, we will deliver your correct items as soon as you notify us and will collect the items sent to you in error. If you find any items are missing from your order, we can either deliver missing items immediately or store you a credit for your next order.

DAMAGED BY COURIER

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. However, in the event you do experience a problem with damaged goods, we will either offer a replacement or process a store credit as soon as you notify us.

LARGE QUANTITIES ORDER (SALE-OR-RETURN POLICY)

It’s always difficult to estimate exactly how much wine will be needed for special events and, running dry is definitely something to avoid. We will therefore be happy to offer help in estimating quantities needed but to put your mind fully at ease, we will provide a sale-or-return policy so you can return what isn’t consumed.

The returned items must still be in saleable condition: unopened, liquor-tax stamp intact, label intact. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods, or to credit the value of any returned goods, which are not in a saleable condition.

How do I search for a product?
You can search for products on the Global Wines & More website in several different ways; you can immediately begin browsing “featured selections”, our popular “Best Sellers” or “Top wines” products on the homepage.

You can also search for products by selecting category filters. To do this, simply hit the Products menu at the top of the homepage, and then continue to refine your search by using the filters situated on the left-hand side of all product pages, selecting a Varietal or Producer or Country or other highlight features like 90+ points or Organic wine, etc.

Alternatively, you can search by product or producer name using the search box located at the top right and bottom right of each page.

Search results will appear in order of availability, but you can rank them by using any of the filters located on the left-hand side of all product pages.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We currently accept cash, bank transfers and cheques in Thai Baht (THB).

 

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?
All sales are subject to the applicable VAT of 7%
