TESTING NOTES:

The colour is ruby red. A full-bodied wine, with a perfect structure, well balanced and pleasant. The long aging gives to this noble wine a dry and slightly bitter and pleasant taste. In the mouth is softly sour with hints of plum, matured cherry and marasca. Long lasting at the nose as well as in the aftertaste.  This is a full-bodied wine to be accompanied with important soups, roasted meats and seasoned cheeses. Open the bottle some time before tasting. Serve at room temperature 16/18°C.
