Mitolo Jester Shiraz 2016

TASTING NOTES:

This wine shows plenty of dark berry, chocolate and licorice aromas, with a streak of vanilla and dusting polish. On the palate, the fruit is ripe and a bit tangy, and tannins are firm but not overpowering. It sits a little heavy in the mouth, though, and could use more lift and less extraction. – CHRISTINA PICKARD
